1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPOAATION, its suceessors or assiqns, shall notity
the undersigned in writing at the address indicxited below (or at such other address as may be desig-
nated by the undersigned trom time to time) that the said premises aQe not in a reasonable state of
appearanoe cmd repair consistent with the general appe~ance ~d state of repair ot other properties ~
wi?hin the immediate vicinity. the undersigned cigrees to accomplish ihe required repairs, maintenance.
etc., set lorth in smd notice within 15 days adter receipt ol same.
2. I! the undersigned shall fail or reluse to accomplish 1he required repairs or maintenance,
etc., within the presctibed time, GENERAL DEVII.OPMENT CORPORA'fION, its successors or assigns,
acfing by cmd through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises !or ihe purpose oI doing
ihe necessary work. _ Provided, however, that such work shall be limited to lawn cmd yard mainienance
to prevent cm overgrown or unkempt appe~m~ce, and to painting and minor repairs to the exterior of . S

H 3. As to cmy costs or expenses incurred by GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its suc-

signed agrees to ma1~e payment thereot within 10 days after dem~d. Provided, however. that demamd
, ~ tor payment shall not exceed actual costs or expenses incurred. i
~ 4_ In the event ihat the undersicmed shall fail or refuse to make payment ot the actual oosts or ~
