THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion
of B. J. E. INDUSTRIES, INC. for appointment of a Specf.al Master
~o try and determine the claims of the sub-oontractors and enumerated
in the Flaintiff's Complaint in Case No. 75-607-CA; at the hearing
those sub-oontractors named in the Answers to Interr~gatories filed
by GENERAL DEVELOPMEM' CORP~ORATION fn the Case that was
formerly numbered 75-278 -CA, whicti has now been consolida ted
with this Case, and those sub-oontractors whose claims have also
- been consolidat ed with this Case were also included within the purview
of the said Motion, Upon o~nsideration of the Motion, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion of B. J. E, INDUS'TRIES, ING, for ~
appointment of a Special Master be, and is hereby, granted and the
Court will name a Special Master from a list of names suggested.by
any interested party in these vonsolidated causes; and any interested
party shall submit a reoc~mmendation for a Specia2 Master to this Court
within cen (10) days of the date af this Order.
2. The Special Master appointed by this Court be, and s
is hereby, granted authority to make a determination of fact as to any
ciaim of any person or business furnishing labor, materials and/or
~ services to any of the job sites enumerated in Paragraph 8 of Plaintiff's

t Complaint and Lot 23, Block 199, South Pbrt St. Lucie Section 15, which -

; claim might be submitted by any of the interested parties in these oon-
