3. The Special Master appointed by this ~ourt within
ten (10) days of the date of appointment as such shall give notioe to
each and every party in these consolidated causes of the place at which
such hearing shall take place which shall be in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and shall be no later thQ n six (6) weelc~ nor less than four (4) weeks from
the date of notification given to the said parties. The Special Master
~ shall submit a written report setting forth the findings made as to each
Lot and Block and shall furnish oopies of said report to all of Ehe parties ~
in the oonsolidated causes.
; . 4. The Special Master shall allAt a minimum of eight
(8j oonsecutive week days for its heanhgof the said claims and the
. Special Master and the parties shall attan pt to establish a schedule
for appearance at the hearings by parties presenting claims so as to
facilitate the o~nvenience of all ooncerned.
