ORDER OF CQV SOLIDATION ~
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the Motiun uf
B. J. E. INDUSTRIES, INC. to oonsolidate all of the foregoing cases
for the purposes of disoovery a~d tri.al. Upon oonsideration of the
Motion and after argument of Counsel and the Court being otherwise
~ duly and fully advised in the premises, it is ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Case Nos. 75-275-CA,
?5 -278 -CA, 75 -488 -CA and 75 -607 -CA be and are hereby ordered
~nsolidated for the puYposes of discovery and trial and shall forthwith
prooeed under Case No. 75-278-CA. ~
B. J. E. INDUSTRIES, INC, shall furnish a oopy of its _
Complaint or Amended Complaint, if appropriate, to the Parties in the
said causes.
