to any claim or estate of the defendant(s), on the following
described property in 3t. Lucie County, Florlda:

of the Public Recorde.of~St.
Lucie Couaty, Florida,
together with all structures, improvements, fixtures, appliances,
and appurtenances on said land or used in con~unction therewith.
3. If the total sum with interest at-the rate
prescribed by law~and all costs of this action accruing subse-
quent to this ~udgment are not paid within three days from this
date, the clerk of this court shall sell the property at public
. sale on September 16,19 ?5, at 11:00 a.m.
to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter,
at the east front door of the courthouse in St. Lucie
County in Ft. Pierce , Florida, in accordance with
Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. -
4. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of
this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the clerk if
plaintiff is not the purchaser of .the property at the sale.

~ If plaintiff is the purchaser, the clerk shall credit plain-

tiff's bid with the total sum with interest and costs accruing
subsequent to this judgment or such part of it as is necessary
to pay the bid in full.'
5. On filing the certificate of title the clerk shall .
distribute the proceeds of the sale, so far as they are sufficient,
by paying; first, all of plaintiff's ca~t€ f.nc3ud~ng tho~e cQSt~
set out in paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 hereinabove; secoad, documen-
tary stamps affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's
~ attorneys' fees; fourth, the total sum due to plaintiff less
costs and attorneys' fees paid plus interest accruing on the
total amount set out in paragraph 1 hereinabove at the rate
