-the Court that the Defendants, and each of them, have been duly served
with process as required by law, and that a Default has been duly
entered against the Defendants, C. D. CLEMSNTS and LUCY CLEI~NTS, his
wife, VENDELA C. GOODWIN WOODY, R. R. GOOD~WIN, EVERETT T~tACY and
SHIRLEY TRACY, as surviving Directors ar~d Trustees of AMERICAN PLUMBING-
& HEATING CO., INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, and each of them,
and the Court having considered the pleadings and file in this cause;
i that upon the evidence submitted by P],aintiffs to the Court in support

k of the Complaint filed herein, Plaintiffs are entitled to a Final
Judgment of Foreclosure, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is, upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties to this cause
and the sul~ject matter hereof, and the Defaults heretofore entered
against the Defendants, C. D. CLEMENTS and LUCY CLEI~NTS, his wife,
VENDELA C. GOODWIN WOODY, R. R. GOODWIN, EVERETT TRACY and SBIRLEY
TRACY, as surviving Directors and Trustees of AMERICAN PLUMBING ~

~ HEATING CO., INC., a dissolved Florida corporation, be and the same
are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved. - ;
2. The equities of this Cause are with the Plaintiffs, and
the claims of the Defendants herein are subordinate and inferior tb
the equities of the Plaintiffs. By reason of that certain Mortgage
recorded in Official Records Book 24, Page 152, Public Records of St.
