have a lien upon the property hereinafter described, superior, prior +
and paramount to any riqht, claim, lien or.interest of the Defendants
herein, or any of them, and of those claiming by, throuqh or under
said Defendants, aince the filing of the Lis Pendens in this cause.
3. There is naw due and owing to the Plaintiffs, under the
terms of said Mortgage and the Note secured thereby, the following
sums secured by said M~ortgage. to-wit: +

4. The Defendants, C. D. CLEMSNTS and LUCY CLEMENTS, his wife,
VENDELA C. GOODWIN WOODY'and R. R. GOODWIN, shall pay to the Plaintiffs
forthwith the total sum hereinabove set forth, together with inte=est
on the principal sum above stated, from the date of this Final Judgment
j until paid, and together w~th any Court costs incurred after the date
of this Judgment. ~
5. In default of said payment being made as hereinabove ordered
by or in behalf of said Defendants, C. D. CLEMENTS and LUCY CLEMENTS,
his wife, VENDELA C. GOODWIN WOODY, and R. R. GOODWIN, the mortgaged
real prope rty described in the ~omplaint and in said I~rtgage, and
situate, lying-and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, more~particularly

be sold at Public Auction for cash to the highest and best bidder at the
front (East) door of the St. Lucie County Courthouse in the City of
Fort Pierce, Florida, to satisfy this Final Judgment.
6. Should sale of the above described property be necessary to
satisfy this Final Judgment as above described, said sale shall be made
