visiona of Section 95.031 Florida Statutes, on ~~S .
at 11:00 A.M., during the legal hours of sale, after
havinq first qiven notice of said sale as provided by said Section-of
said Statutes.
7. Out of the proceeds arising from the sale of the property
herein ordered to be sold, the Clerk of this Court shall retain his
fee and the cost of publishinq the notice of sale, and shall pay to the
attorney'for the Plaintiffs the attorney's fee hereinabove set forth,
and out of the remainder of the proceeds insofar as same shall apply,
he shall pay to the Plaintiffs, or their attorney, the principal
indebtedness and all interest thereon, as above decreed, together with
all sums hereinabove awarded Plaintiffs tor thei~ c~sts.
8. If said property shall sell for more than enough to pay all
of the above sums, then the Clerk shall retain such additional sums in
the Registry of this Court and shall report the same to this Court for ~
further order of the Court. If said property shall sell for an am~ount ~
insufficient to pay the amounts hereinabove ordered paid, the Clerk

shall report such deficiency to this Court for such further orders as
the Court shall deem proper.
9. Should the sale of the above described property by the
; Clerk of this Court be held and the Plaintiffs bid thereat, they shall

~ be entitled to a credit on account if their bid for all swns adjudicated
~ ~ and ordered herein to be paid to them, without the necessity of deliver-
ing to the Clerk of this Court the aaaunt of their bid, provided, that ;
if Plaintiffs shall bid in said property for more than the amounts !

adjudicated and orde red herein to be paid to thera, then Plaintiffs shall
deliver to said Clerk the amount by which their bid exceeds the amount ~
adjudicated and ordered herein to be paid to them. Should Plaintiffs. _
bicl in said property, they shall pay to the Clerk the costs of publish-
ing the Notice of Sale and the fees and charges of the Clerk of this -

~ Court, if Plaintiffs' bid shall not result in sufficient cash to pay
these items.
10. After the sale of said property, the Clerk shall promptly
file herein his Certificate of Sale, and, if no objection to said sale
be filed within ten (10) days thereafter, said Clerk shall thereupon
file herein a Certificate of Title and shall make disbursements of the
