11. Upon the filing of said Certificate of Title the Defendants
herein, and each of them, and all persona claiminq by, throuqh or under
them, or any of them, since the institution of this suit and the filinq
of Notice of Lis Pendens herein, shall be forever barred and foreclosed
of any and all equity or right of redemption and from all right, title,
interest, lien, claim or demand of whatever kind or nature, in and to
the above described property, and the purchaser at said sale.shall
thereupon without delay be let into possession of said property.
- 12. The Clerk of this Court be and he is hereby directed that ~
upon reque~t of Plaintiff~, or their Counsel, the original l~+~ortgage and
Promissory Note filed in evidence in this cause be removed from the
file in this case and delivered to said Plaintiffs, or their Counsel,
the copy of said Mortgage and Promissory Note attached to the original
Complaint filed herein being hereby declared accepted in substitution.
13. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the entry
of such further orders as to it may seem meet and proper and the cir-
cumstances require.
