defendants (J. W. Dickson and hia wif~, and against the four defendant-
appetlant corporations, which were alleged to be Dickson's alter ego.
_ In October 1972, apfpeilee propounded written interrngatortes
to the appellants, and although objections were directed to many of
them, appellants failed to answer those as to which there was no ob-
jection. Then for a period of eight months appeliee awaited answers
~ while appellants argued objections, obtained extensions of time, per-
fected an interlocutory appeal which was dismiased for lack of
prosecution, and generatly procraetinated. Finally. on Aprit 23, 1973,
