be exercised, if at all, by the lessee giving written notice to

~ (a) The lessee upon the execution of this lease with

~j this option to purchase shall pay the sum of $500.00 which moneys~
~i will be held in the Trust Account of Richard Sneed, a practicing

attorney in Fort Pierce, Florida; said funds to be held in escrow

until the expiration of this lease or until the option to purchas

y; is exercised by the lessee. In the event tha~ the option to pur-
chase is not exercised, the $500.00 held in escrow will be paid
~ ~ -
over to the lessor and will be considered a cost of this option.

i; If the option to purchase is exercised, the $500.00 escrow dep-

osit will be applied toward the purchase price and will be

~ considered as part of the downpayment by the lessee to the

(b) The lessee shall have the option to purchase
this property during the term of this lease as specified above
