This Conuact is subject to conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record, zoning, building, health~ sowage
disposal and sanitation regulations and laws of the State of Florida and all governmental agencies having jurisdictian thereof,
and a reservation by prior owners of all oil, gas and minera! rights. . i
~ t7pon 14 days wririen notice, this Contract shall be in default if a payment remains unpaid for at least 60 days (if ]0%or
less of this Contract has been paid), or at least 90 days (if more than 109b but less than 25% of thia Coatract has betn ~
paid), or at least 120 days (if more than 2596 but less than 5096 of this Contract has been paid), or at kast 150 days (if
more than SO% of this Contract has been paid). Payments shall be applied fust to interest, then to principal.
In the event~of default, the Contract may be cancelled and in such event the payments thereby received shall be kept and
retained by the Seller as liquidated damages.
