LUQB QOUNTY, party of the Srst part. uA order the 8um of One Hundred and Fiftp Thouss?nd and No/ 100----------------------Dollars the $rst payrnent ooming due April 4 19'~5~~ ~ Interest at $ Z°~6 payable quarterly WHEREAS, the partiea of the second part executed to the party of the first part. to secure the above mentioaed note, a mortgage on the following des bed prex~nises, ~l / Caa C~~ Tract "Q", of COR.AL COYE BEACH SUBDIVISL~ON, Section l, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 21, at page 30-A and 30-B of the pnblic records of St. Lucie County, Florida. TOGETHER with a]1 and singular the tenements, hereditaments and app~rtenances thereto belonging or in anywiae thereunto appertaining and the renta, iseues and profits thereof, and also all the estate, right, t3t1e, interest and all claim and demand whatsoever, a~ well in law as in equity, of Mortgagor in and to the sa~ne, ittcluding but not limited to: (a) All rents, is8nes, ..profits, revenues, royalties, righta and benefits derived from the premises from time to time accruing, whether under leases or tena.ncies now existing or hereafter created, reserving to Mortgagor, however, so long as Mortgagor is not i.n default hereunder, the right to receive and retain the rents, issues and profits. . . . . . . . continued on Schedule A ~ AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are naw the awners of the said mcrtgagedpremises, SA10 MORTGAGE RECORDEO IN 0. NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselvea and their assigns, hcreby mutually agree thai the time for the-payment of the unpaid balance of e Hund ed ~~~~0 due on said note be, and the same is hereby exteaded to be paid in the o owing mann . The principal of this aote shall be payable in ten (10) equal annual iastallments of $15, 000. 00 each, said ,payments to commence April 4, 19T6, with interest payrments at 8 z%, pa.yable quarterly. It being expressly understood and agreed that the said Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect in all respects as if the said paymerits had origfnally been paid as provided for in the original note. and that nothing herein shail effect or unpair any rights and pvwers which the said party of the Srst part may have thereunder for the recovery of the said Mortgage Debt with interest in the case of non-ful$llment of this agreement .
