upon the Plaintiff's Motion for Equitable Aistribution, and j

tP.E Court having considered the merits of said Motion, as 1
well as an affidavit submitted by the workmen's compensation ±

carrier, Travelers Insurance Company, and the Court further ~

! having heard argwnent of counsel therein, and having otherwise ~
~ been fully advised in the premises, it is, !

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Travelers Insurance Company i
I ~ f
! ~ shall recover $1,943.61 from the Plaintiff, HERSCHEL G. EDWARDS,
i ~
. ,
in reimbursement of any or all workments compensation benefits ~
~ paid out by Travelers Insurance Company to said Plaintiff. _

Finally, this Order on Equitable Distribution is the equivalent ~
i
of a valid lien as against Plaintiff which must be satisfied t

out of proceeds to be distributed to Plaintiff by~those
. ~
Defendants held liable in this civil action as is reflected by ;
a final judgment previously entered by this Court. ~
