LAYMON, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE his cause came on for trial September 5, 1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and ~ wife now exists between th~ parties;_that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this i j Court against the Husband, RICHARD S. LAYMON, be and the same is ~ f hereby approved, ratified and confirmed. 2. The marriage between RICHARD S. LAYMON and VIRGINIA ~ A. LAYMON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 3. Custody of RICHARD STEPHEN LAYMON and PATRICIA RENEE LAYMON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to VIRGINIA ~ A. LAYMON, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RICHARD S.
