~Made this eighth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thou-
sand nine hundred and sixty-eight, between EFFIE PRIEST, a widow,
party of the first part and FRANCIS L. WOODS and LOIS I. WOODS, his

WITNESSETH, Z~hat if the said parties of the second part shall
first make the payn?ents and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and performed, the parties of the first
Xaart hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said parties
of the second part, their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns,
in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances whatever, by a good and
sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land, situated in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known and described as fol-

to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page
86, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, .
Florida.
Together with all furniture and equipment in the
cottage located on the above described property.
