'1 tiis cause came on for trial this date and the Cour[, having
given full consideration~to all the evidence, finds and determines:

'I'hat Respondent, GENE D. GRIFFY, was duly served by due ~
process anci dici not serve or file any response as required by law and a
default was enterecl; that this Court has juridiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between
tfie parties; anci that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. Tlie bonds of marriage between JOANNE A. GRIFFY and
GENE D. GRIFCY, be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and ~
; each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ . heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. Petitioner's former name of JOANNE A. O'STEEN is hereby
restoreci and by which name she shall be hereafter known.
