FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial this 2nd day of September,
1975 and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the re~ation _
of husband and wife now exiats between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LAWRENCE
,
~ E. FRENCS and MARY FRENCH, be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
~ .

~ bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of DAVID FRENCIi and DAVENE FRENCH,
the minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to MARY
S
~ FRENCH, with reasonable visitation rights rese=ved to LAWRENCE ,
~ E. FRENCA.
~ 3. PROPERTY. The property located at 406 North 40th Street,
~ _
~ Fort Pierce, Florida, which is occupied by MARY FRENCH and the minor
~ children of the parties is hereby awarded to MARY FRENCH.
