- Th1s cause coming on to be heard for final hearing on September 5,
1975, upon Petition for Sstablishment of a foreign decree as a Judgment of this
Court, and Modification of same, and James Rirby To~as, Petitioner, having _
appeared with counsel, J. Michael Brennan and the Court having heard the
testimony of the parties, their witnesses and having conaidered the evidence,
argument of counsel, and being fully advised in the premises, the Court finds
and decides as follows:
1. This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties in the sub3ect
matter of this action.
2. That a decree of divorce was entered by the ~ircuit Court for
Washington County, Marqland, on April 15, 197~1, which decree, inter alia,
provides for the custody of a couples child, James-David Tawns, was awarded to
the Wife, and that the Husband was to pay the Wife child support.
3. That by affidavit the ~Iife has consented to the change of
custody of JAI+D3S DAVID TOWNS, to the care and control of JAMLS KIRBY TOWNS,
~ ~ Husband.

~ T~REFORS, it is ordered:
~
~ A. The Court accepts and establishes the Judgment of the Circuit -
~
~ Court of Washington County, Maryland, number 27,103, dated April 15, 1971 as
a Judgment of this Court. ~ -
B. That the permenant custody of the couples child, JA1~D?S DAVID
TOWNS, shall be transferred from MABEL MARIE NICHOLS, formerly known as NABSL
MARIE TOWNS, to JAMES RIRBY TOWNS. The wife shall have the right to reasonable
~ visitation.
~ C. That the child support provided by JA1~S RIRBY TOWNS to MABEL
a
~ MARIE I~ICAOLS, formerly knowa as MABEL MARIS TOi~i[1S, shall cease as of June 6,
~ 1975, as JAMLS RIRBY TOWNS has had custody and has supported said child since
