the Petition for Adoption filed in this cause by LARRY EARL WILLIAMS
and the Consents of JAMES THOMPSON and LOIS V. THOMPSON WILLIAMS,
the natural father and mother of the minor males, JAMES THOMPSON,
JR. and RICFIF?RD SCOTT THOMPSON, and upon the written Consents of
the minors, JAMES THOMPSON, JR. and RICHARD SCOTT THOMPSON, and it
appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper person
to adogt the minor children sought to be adopted, and the best
interests of the children will be promoted by the adoption and that

the children are suitable for adoption by Petitioner, ;~RRY EARL ~
WILLIAMS, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED- as follows:
1. That the minor children named in the Petition are declared
~ to be the legal children of the Petitioner, LARRY EARL WILLIAMS,

i and they are gi.ven the names of JAMES DANIEL WILLIAMS and RICI~iRD
~ .

~ SCOTT WILLIAMS, respectively, by which names they shall hereafter `

be known. .
2. These children shall be the children and legal heirs of the
Petitioner, LARRY EARL WILLIAMS-, entitled to all the rights and
~ privileges, and subject to all the obligations, of a child born to

~ the Petitioner, LARRY EARL WILLIAMS, in lawful wedlock.
