This cause came on far hearing before the Court upon the
Motion of Plaintiffs for Order Taxing Costs against Defendants,
LAWRENCE D. KIMMEL, HAROLD NOTTLEY and FRANKLZN BEARDSLEY. The
Court heard argument of counsel for Plaintiffs and for said Defendants.
The Court being fully advised in the premises, upon consideration

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the following costs in the
total amount of $311.95 be, and the same are hereby taxed against
