WHEREAS; Mortgagor executed a mortgage to Mortgagee on
property described in said mortgage, which mortgage is dated 14th
day of June, 19.74 ~ and recorded July 8, 1974 ,
in Official Record Book 229 , page 12i~ , public records of
St..Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage secures a
note dated T~re ~a~ 1974 , in the original principal sum of ,,.i

, 19 74 , and further provides that any remaining indebt-
edness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on the isc

WNEREAS, it is the desire of all parties hereto that the
payment dates as recited in said note be changed; .
