of other parcels therein, in the matter of Division Of Administration,
State of Florida, Department Of Transportation, Plaintiff -vs- Shel-
don B. Miller, et al., Case No. 73-981, now pending in the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida; and that said common trial be,
~~and it is hereby, set for 9:00 o'clock A.M., on Monday, the 15th -
day of September, 1975, at the St. Lucie County Courthouse, Fort
Pierce, Florida.
2. The Plaintiff be, and it is hereby, ordered to file
instanter in the Office of the Clerk of this Court a complete copy
of its Construction Plans And Specifications for the use of all
Owner-Defendants, in the above-styled cause, from the 28th day of
August, 1975, until the completion of the trials pertaining to all
p~rcels in the above-styled cause.
3. The Plaintiff and the Defendants, JOSEPHINE BROWN and
EDGAR A. BROWN, as Co-Executbrs of the Estate vf EDGAR R. BROWN,
be, and they are hereby, ordered to designate, in open Court, the
Classification of their respective exp~rt witness; that the Plaintiff
and said Defendants be, and they are hereby, limited to two (2)
expe=t witnesses in each of said classifications of expert witnesses;
~ and that the names of any expert witr~csses later furnished by the

; Plaintiff to the Defendants or by the Defendants to the Plaintiff,

under the provisions of paragraph 4(a)(9) of the Pre-Trial Statement
~ of said Defendants, shall be designated as to classification and
~ shall be limited to a total of two (2) expert witnesses as aforesaid.

~ 4. Peremptory challenges be, and they are hereby, limited

to three (3) for said Defendants and three (3) for the Plaintiff.
~ 5. The t=ial jury shall view Parcels Nos. 102 and 801

{ herein at the opening of the trial on Monday, September 15, 1975,
