trial jury shall be arranged for and furnished by the Plaintiff.
6. Evidence of comparable sales, which may in other rea-
pects be admissible, shall be admissible to and including the 2nd
day of December, 1974, the date the deposit_of money into the Registry ~
of this Court was made following the entry of the Order Of Taking
herein, except for enforceable bona fide contracts of sale of com-
parable lands in being and in force prior to or on the 2nd day of
December, 1974.
7. ~o alternate jurors shall be selected and, in the
event that it becomes necessary, shall serve as members of the trial
jury according to law.
8. ~The trial jury shall be furnished, at the beginning
of the introduction of evidence, with note pads and pencils by the ~
Plaintiff, through the~Clerk of this Court, for the taking of notes ~
during the trial and shal2` be~permitted to take such notes into
the jury room upon deliberation of the jury upon its verdict herein.
~ 9. The order of trial shall be as follows: All evidence
for both sides herein shall be presented completely as to each

' particular parcel before proceeding to the introduction of all

~ evidence in the next parcel and succeeding parcels.

~ 10. Attorneys fees and costs shall be determined and fixed
~ by the Court, in supplemental proceedings subsequent to trial, upon
~
~ motion of the respective Owner-Defendants, according to law.

~ 11. A qualified Court Reporter shall be retained by and
~
E furnished by the Plaintiff to record the entire trial proceedings in
~
` the trial proceedings in the trial to be held beginning on the 15th
~
- day of September, 1975.
