The above itemized sums are now due and owing to
the Plaintiff and in addition such further sums as may be paid
by the Plaintiff for Court costs, plus interest at the rate
of 6~ from the date of this Decree until paid and any further
swms in connection with this suit.
4. That the Plaintiff has a lien to secure the payment
of the above itemized sums againat the following described
property situtate in Martin County~ Florida, to wit:
- Begin at the Southeast corner of Lot 9 of the J. I,
I~ELLEM'S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof
, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 85, St. Lucie County.
Florida, public records, thence run North along the
West boundary of U.S. Highway No. 1~ 180 feet to
a point; thence run Wes.t 200 feet to a point; thence
~n Sout~ narallel to the West baundary of U.S. ~
Highway No. 1, 180 feet to a point; thence run East
200 feet to the Point of Be$ inning.

The lien of Plaintiff is prior, paramount and superior
to all rights~ claims, liens, interests, encumbrances and
equity of the Defendants, and all persons, firms or corporations
claiming by, through or under the Defendants or any of them
and the property will be sold free and clear of any claims~
of the Defendants.
5. That the Defendant FT. PIERCE AUTO SALES, INC.,
is hereby directed to pay the above itemized sums to the Plain-
