ORDER ~
This cause came on to be heard on September 5, 1975 on
the Wife's portion of the Petition seeking temporary relief and
the parties hereto and their counsel of record having agreed to
the entry of the Order and the-Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Wife shall_have the custody of the two minor
children, namely, CffitISTOPHLR AIS,~N YAGSRLENER and I~LLY DIANL
YAGERLENER, granting unto the Husband reasonable rights of visi-
tation.
2. Commencing Monday, Septecnber 8, 1975 and Monday of
each week thereafter the Husband shall pay to the Wife the sum of

~ 3. That the Wife and the minor children above named shall

~ have the exclusive use and possession of the marital home and the ~
~ furniture and furnishings now located the=ein at 4200 Sunrise

~ the monthly mortgage installment paymen~ on the marital home
