and all :~.~^~~nd:~ents to t!~:~ aforesaid Declaration and E:clubits and the
Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and
Restrictio;~s oF the Pro~•~rty Ucaners' Association; and Purcliaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and er.amination of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochurc and floor plan,
and acknowledqes that each and every provision of the foregoinq is '
essential to the successful operation and manage:nent of the Condo-~
minium propzrty and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the ~
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confirms and approves
all of the terms and orovisions of said Declaration of Condor~inium
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- ,
chaser acknowledqes and confirms that the Deciaration of Covenants '
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association has encumbered
and ir.lpressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declara-
tion of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associa-
tion and said Purchaser assumes the obligations. as to the Proper*y ~
Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel. Purchaser conf irrss
that all warranties, representations and invucements if any, are as
contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and E.chibits
attached thereto, and the common expenses and~the sums due under the ~
Property Owners' Association and other charges are estimated only.
No warranty or guaranty is made or intended, nor may one be relied ;
except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed in
said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto.
