Solids basis. , Fruit to be paid for as soon as picking is completed. i ~ Do ( ) Do not deduct exira picking. i j If any of ths citrus fruit covered by this contrad fails to meet the State of F{orida maturity standards or tests, so that it may i not be picked on or before the above moving dafe, the time for piicking shall be extended for such additional time as may i be required to harvest the same after such crop passes said maturity test. j Said GROWER or DEALER does hereby ackncfwledge receipt of drafi No. or ~ ` dollars (E to apply on ths purchase price of said fruit and to be deducted as fruit is picked undEr this mntract. Should the fruit not be taken by the BUYER, the amount re- ceipted fo~ hereby sholl be forfeited to the GROWER or DEAIER as t~~ sole liquidated damage hereunder.
