E {f any of the citrus fruit covered by this contract fails to meet the State of Florida maturity 'sta~dards or tests, so that it may -
not be picked or~ or before the above moving date, the time for piicking shall be extended for such additional time as may
~ be required to harvest the same after such crop passes said maturity test.

hereunder. If the GROWER or DEALER fails to deliver citrus fruit in sufficient quantity at the prices aforesaid to liquidate
~ said deposit, any remaining balance thereof shall on demand be refunded to BUYER, and BUYER shall have a lien on fu-
~ ture citrus crops an said grove or groves for said amount until paid.

~ This contrad is made subjact to strikes, lockouts, embargoss or other conditions beyond mntrol of the BUYER, as well as all
State and Federa) laws and regulations.
~ GROWER or DEALER covenants and agrees to properly maintain and care for said grovels) and to exercise every normal
