~ This rnntract is made subject to strikes, lockouts, embargoes or other conditions beyond control of the BUYER, as well as all
~ State and Federal laws and regulations.
~ GROWER or DEALER covenants and agrees to properly maintain and care for said grove(s) and to exercise every normal
~ precaution to maintain fruit quality during the life of this contract.
