KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:

WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes securad thereby,. to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the ~14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage I~vestors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
55,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187. Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County ,-f~rida,
encwnbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida thereln
awre particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
- County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- _
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Officia] Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has req uested First National
• City Bank to release the property her~inafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
