! ~3. To petmit, commit, or suffer no waste, impairm~t or deterioration of said property, or any pazt thereof, and upon
~ the failure of the mortgagors to keep the buildings on said property in good condition of rep~ir, the Association anay detanand the
E ~mmediate repair of said buildings or the immediate repayment of ihe debt hereby sex.,ured, and the failure of the mortgagors
~ to complv with said demand of the Association for a Period of Thirty (30) days, shall constitute a breach of this mrntga e,
