ORDER FOR CHANGE OF CUSTODY
This matter coming on to be heard upon consent of the parties,
and it appearing to the Court that the parties ;ave agreed that the
custody of THOMAS CH~RLES LEWIS be changed from the mother to the
father, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the custody of THOMAS CHARLES LEWIS
be, and-it is hereby awarded to the father, ANDREW JAY LEWIS, subject
to reasonable visitation rights with the mother, ELAINE C. LEWIS
DONE AND ORDERED in chambers in Fort Pierce, Florida this
day of September, 1975.
