ORDER
This cause coming on before the Court on the
Wife's petition to hold the Husband in contempt, and the
Court havinq heard testimonial witnesses, argument of
counsel, and beinq otherwise fully advised in the premises
it is the Court's opinion that although the Husband is not
willfully in contempt of the final judgment, nevertheless
owes the Wife certain sums which she has not received, it
is thereupon , -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband shall pay
to the Wife the sum of $600.00 for child support payments
not received for the month of February, 1975, and August,
' 1974.
DONE AND ORDERED in St. Lucie County on this ~
