THIS DRAINAGB EASEMENT, made this 9th day of Sep-
tember, 1975, by and ba#~veen COW CREEK RANCH, INC., a Florida
corporation, Grantor, and THE TRAVSLERS INSURANC$ COMPANY,
Grantee;
- WITNSSSETH; That Grantor, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged, hereby qrants
unto Grantee, its successors and assiqns, an easement and
riqht of way for drainage in, upon, under and through ~the
followinq described land in St. Lucie County,.Florida, to

The South 100 feet of Sections 4~l5, Tawn-
- ship 36 South, Range 37 $ast, and the East
100 feet of the North 100 feet of Section 9,
Tawnship 36 South, Range 37 East, and
Commencinq at the Northwest corner of Section
10, Tawnship 36 South, Range 37 East for the
point of beg~inning; run East along the North -
line of said Section 10 2200 feet, more or less,
to a point which lies 50 feet East of the
centerline of a private existinq canal, thence
turn and run Southerly alonq a line parallel
to and 50 feet~Easterly of the canal.centerline
to the point where said line intersects with the
North right of way line of State Road #70
(Okeech~ee Road) , thence run Souttiwesterly
~ alonq said right of way line 100 feet, more or
less, to a point which lies 50 feet West of .
the centerline of said private existing canal,

The purpose of this Drainage Easement is to provide ~
drainage from the lands of the Grantor to an existing private
canal and from said private canal to an existing Central and
South Florida Flood Control District Canal during the existence
