TRAVELERS INSURANC$ COMPANY, which mortgaqe is revorded in

County, Florida. In the event of purchase of the property or
foreclosure of the aforementioned mortqaqe by Grantee herein, or
its assfqns, then this easement shall become a permanent ease-
ment. When said mortgaqe has been paid in full and satisfied
of record, then this Drainaqe Ease~nt shall oease and tenai-
nate.
