EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRSSS
THIS BASEMENT, made this 9TH day of September, 1975,
between COW CRT~K RANCIi, INC., a Florida corporation, Grantor,
and THE TRAVELERS INSURANCI3 COMPANY, Grantee;
WITNSSSETH: That Grantor, in consideration of the
sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable
considerations paid, receipt of which is hereby acknawledged,
hereby qrants unto Grantee, its successors and assiqns, an ~
easement or right of way for inqress and egress in, upon,
uader and through the follvwinq described lands in St. Lucie

said easement in repair.
The purpose of this Easement for Ingress and Egress
is to provide access to and.from-that certain property des-
cribed in that certain Mortgage from COW CREER RANCH, INC. to
THE TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY, which mortgage is recorded
in O. R. Book~'~3 , page l~~p , public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. In the event of purchase or foreclosure
of the aforementioned mortqage by Grantee herein, or its assigns,
then this Easement shall become a permanent easement. When ' ~
said mortgaqe has been paid in full and satisfied of record,
then this Easement for Ingress and Egress shall cease and termi-
nate.
