WILLIAM B. YOUNG, Husband _

WANITAH G. YOUNG, Wife
ORDER STAYING PROCEEDINGS AND
R$QUIRING COUNSELING
This cause came on for final hearing on August 19, 1975 and -
the Wife, Wanitah G. Younq, requested the Court to stay the pro-
ceedings for ninety days and require counseling of the parties
with a view of saving the marriage and testified that the marriage
was not irretrievably broken, and the Court having heard arqument
of counsel for the respective parties and being fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. That the above entitled cause be stayed for a period
~ of ninety days from August 19, 1975.
i 2. That the parties hereto are required to seek counseling
~ from William H. Perry, ACSW, or Mary Lou Hughes,-ACSW, therapists at
~ the Mental Health Clinic Indian River Community, 800 Avenue H, Fort
Pierce, Florida during said ninety-day period with a view of .
effecting a reconciliation.
3. That a report on the counseling of the parties hereto
be furnished by the Mental Health Clinic Indian River Community to
the Honorable James E. Alderman, Circuit Judge, by December l, 1975.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause is retained by this Court
; for the entry of such further orders as may be necessary.
