PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY TNESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental -
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business.Trust, securing
=5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. lucle County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. lucie County, Florida therei~ -
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, a~nending the swn secured ~
by~an additlonal principal indebtedness of :1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida. rrhich
Modification of Mortgaqe Deed was recorded 1n Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and~ ~
NHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of Amer.ica has requested First National
. City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
- part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;

said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
