PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~
KNON ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of M~erica, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the-following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:

A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental -
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
:5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 167, Rage
2405, et seq. , Publ i c Records of St. Luci e County, Fl ori da ,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein~
more particularly described; as amended by Modificatlon of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, mnending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~
Modificatlon of Mortgage Deed was recorded fn Official Record _
Book 207, Page 857, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreernent, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Officia~ °.~cord Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NON, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of
