THIS CAUSE having come.on to be heard before me this 9th

~day of September, A. D. 1975, upon the petition of the Wife for

temporary relief, and the Court being fully advised in the ~

`~premises, it is upon consideration, +

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the petitioner, MARGARET MARSOCCI ROSS, is ±
;
hereby granted temporary possession of the 1971 Belmont mobile .
i
home, and that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is hereby !
;directed to deliver possession of same to the petitioner, to ~
. ;
remove the respondent, THADIAUS R. ROSS, and his personal '
i
belongings, from said mobile home, and to obtain any and all
i
~keys thereto from said respondent. ~
(2) That the petitioner, MARGARET MARSOCCI ROSS, is hereby ~
;
~ granted temporary possession of the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro auto- ~
' mobile, and that the Sheriff of St. Lucie County is hereby
;
~ directed to deliver possession of same to the petitioner and to
~ obtain any and all keys thereto f'rom said respondent. ~

(3) That the respondent, THADIAUS R. ROSS, and his legal
~ward, EDDIE HUFMAN, are hereby restrained from harrassing,
molesting, annoying ar in any way interfering with petitioner
;
~ or her daughter. '

_ (4) That the respondent, THADIAUS R. ROSS, is hereby ordered
to pay to the law firm of BRENNAN, McALILEY, ALBURY & HAYSKAR the .
~ ~ .
~ sum of $ S~ as temporary attorneys' fees for their
~ representation of the petitioner in this action.
