All parties to this action, by and through their under-
signed attorneys, do stipulate that the intervenor, UNIVERSAL
UNDERWRITERS INSURANCE COMPANY,~may withdraw as an Intervenor in
this cause inasmuch as it has made no~:claim against any party to -
this action, nor has any party to this action made a claim against
it by way of crossclaim or any similar pleading, and may be dis-
missed as an Interverior in this cause by the Court without prejudice
as to any of the parties. Inasmuch as the intervention of UNIVERSAL
UNDERWRITERS INSURANCE COMP~NY did not result in any added costs
that mi.ght be otherwise taxable at this time or at some future time,
each party agrees that he, she and/or it will bear its own costs.
