to return him to New Jersey, and that it is in the best interest ;
of the minor child that temporary custody be awarded to the Wife

forceably remove the child from the State, until this matter can be:

heard upon hearing after notice to both parties, it is hereby
ORDERED that the temporary custody of the couple's minor ;
