. THIS CAUSE having come on for final hearing this day, and
the Court having heard argument of respective~counsel, and con-
sidered the evidence offered in support of the Complaint, and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Due and legal service of process has been had upon the
Guardian Ad Litem appointed by the Court for the various defendants
in the above entitled cause; this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties in this cause and its sub~ect matter; the allegations con-
tained in the Complaint have been proven by competent evidence, and

~ that the equities in this cause are with the plaintiff.
~ 2. The mortgage sued upon by the plaintiff in this cause

` constitutes a valid first lien upan the property hereafter described

i and the mortgage is in default as alleged in the Complaint.

3. The ressonable fee for the services rendered by the .
attorney for the plaintiff is the suQn of $'lQQ. and this Court
finds and decrees that $,~d.~ is a reasonable attorney's fee to
` be allowed for the services of its attorney, which sum is also due
