6. Unless the defendants, before the sale hereinafter
provided, shall pay the plaintiff or its attorney the sum specified
in Paragraph 4, and any other costs-of this suit as mentioned in
that paragraph, the Clerk of this Court, after publication of notice
as required by Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes as Amended,
