The ~rantee by acceptance of the foreg.oing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Cundominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its e~chibits,
and that conveyaace by such deed is sub3ect thereto. The Grantee
does further hereby ratify, coafirm and approve all of said provi-
sions (including the WINDMILL VILLAGB BY T~ SEA RECREATION C$NTFR
LEASE as filed for record in Official Recards Book 189 oa pages
1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMILL
VILLAGE BY T~ SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
corporation not for profit, in makiag and eatering into said
Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions;
the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said prov~sions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a
lien upon the land and real property described above, as security
for his obligations, as described in said Declaration af Condomin-
ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that
said Dec~aration of Coadominium, its exhibits and the Sales
Coatract executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of
the warranties, representations and inducements concerning the
purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described
above.
