WHEREAS, AQUA R.ABELLA, INC. , a Florida corporation
gave a mortgage to JENSEN BEACH BANK, a Florida banking
corporation, said mortgage being dated 5 June 1973, and recorded
. in Official Records Book 214, Page 2844, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, and
WHEREAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date in
the amount of $172, 500. 00 payable on or before six months from
date, and
WHEREAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time for
payment under said note.
NOW TH~REFORE, the Parties for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable considerations paid to the
JENSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said note to be payable
on or before December 5, 1975.
IN ALL OTHER respects, said mortgage and note are hereby

ratified and confirmed. ~
