~ ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RATIFICATION BY -
GRANTEE
The Grantee by acceptance of the foregoing Warranty Deed and ex-
ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Graatee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyaace by such deed is sub~ect thereto. The Grantee
does further hereby ratify, confirm and approve alI of said provi-
sions (including the WINDMILL VILLAGE BY Tt~: STsA RECREATION CBNTBR
LEASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida, and tbe acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMILL
VILLAGE BY T~ SEA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
corporation not for profit, in making and enteriag into said
Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions;
the Grantee ackaowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a
lien upon the land and real property described above, as security
for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condomin-
ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that
said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales
Contract executed by the Graator and the Grantee contain all of
the warranties, representations and inducements concerning the
- purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described
above. ~
