WATER AND SBWBR UTILITIES
Section l. Prohibition of Individual Welle and 3eptic -
Tanks. No inclivfdual water wells, septic tanks or other individual
sewaqe disposal facility shall~be permitted on any Lot or Livinq Unit
from such time when central water and/or aewer service or services
are made available. Hawever, water wells shall be penaitted on lots
for irrigation purposes.
