DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the llth day of September;

1975, and the Court having given full cons~deration to a3~ the
evidence finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter_of this suit; that the relation of ~
husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
IT IS TAEREFORE ORDERED as follows:
l. The marriage between EDWARD S. BRITCI~R and SANDRA L.
BRITCHER be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and

each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.

! 2. Custody of EDWARD DWAYNE BRITCI~:R and TRACY LYNN BRITC~R,

~ minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to SANDRA L. BRITCHER

{ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to EDWARD S. BRITCHER.

~ 3. Commencing the lst day of October, 1975, EDWARD S. BRITCI~R
~ shall pay to SANDRA L. BRITCI~R the sum of One Hundred Seventy-

~ two ($172.00) Dollars each and every month for the support of the

~ children named above. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk
~
~ of this Court and by him remitted promptly to SANDRA L. BRITCI~:R,
~ Route l, Box 705, Fort Pierce, Florida. In addition, there is !
